Customer Intelligence Platform

Developed a cloud-based, low-code platform for Telefónica’s Business Marketing Intelligence department to streamline the configuration and execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Engineered a sophisticated frontend editor and backend system to enable non-technical marketing personnel to design, schedule, and execute cross-selling and upselling campaigns.
  • Leveraged AWS to process real-time customer events with configurable rules, ensuring accurate and timely determination of offer eligibility.
  • Transitioned from YAML-based campaign configurations to an intuitive, user-friendly interface, significantly improving accessibility and reducing setup time for marketing teams.
  • Supported both real-time and scheduled batch processing, optimizing campaign management for diverse marketing scenarios.
